Informatics Proposal as a catalyst to develop an International/Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program

To build a virtual data repository which will be accesible by different communities in the Latin American Countries (LAC), as a result of three Curricular Development Summits to take place in different regions: North America, Central America and South America, in the domains or disciplines of HASS Informatics, Biodiversity Informatics and Health Informatics, each assigned to the region where the subject is more inherently developed (ie Costa Rica would be part of the Biodiversity Informatics group). Through OAS and RedCLARA the project will adequately reach relevant national resources, human and technological.
